Poses

There are Five Poses in each Stance, making ten possible poses altogether for each Model:

Each Pose may visually represent one or more Activity.

Standing — Looking Left and Looking Right

These should have their eyeline about 30 to 40 degrees off from forward.

Sitting — Looking Left and Looking Right

Keep in mind that the character’s butt is still sitting on the same long bench. The bench doesn’t change angles, only their posture does. They must also be able to transition between Looking Left and Forward and Right, so its not practical to have a character straddle the bench, as this wouldn’t be able to pivot without standing up and re-adjusting.

The Object Pose

Do these poses as if the character is holding up a regular sized marble between their thumb and other fingertips, but don’t actually include the marble.

The Engine will be able to place object overlays in place as needed, such as: Pencil, Keys, Paper, Necklace, Cigarette or Vape Pen, and so forth. This is a versatile pose, but it isn’t fully robust, and that’s intentional. For example, this couldn’t be used to effectively make a character wield a weapon like a knife or gun—that would require a One-Off Overlay of some sort.
