===== As an Activity ======

[[Activity|Activities]] are usually: [[Speaking]], [[Attentive]], or [[Idle]].

However, when the importance of the [[Pose]] supersedes the importance of the [[Activity]], "General" is specified instead.  For example, the [[Object Pose]] is used when a [[Character]] is showing a [[Prop]] to his or her interlocutor(s), that is more important than whether he or she is [[Speaking]] or [[Attentive]], so their [[Activity]] is specified as General.

===== As a Pose =====

[[Pose|Poses]] are usually: [[Forward Pose]], [[Looking Left Pose]], [[Looking Right Pose]], or their sitting equivalents.

However, when the importance of an [[Activity]] supersedes the importance of the [[Pose]], "General" is specified instead.  For example, the [[Idle]] [[Activity]] is a more important indicator than which way their attention is directed (or, really, it kind of means their attention isn't directed), so when a [[Character]] is engaged in the [[Idle]] [[Activity]], their [[Pose]] is specified as General.
